Relaxing place, comfy beds, five star staff. Extremely pleasant, brand-new hotel room, warm breakfast. Fairly clean bathroom and exceptional view. The location particularly good to the various kebab shops etc. And within walking distance of Albany Theatre: )

The room & bathroom were very clean and the suite upgrade was very roomy. The hotel was relatively easy to find. It was nice that there was complimentary fruit in the lobby & tea in the rooms. The staff at the front desk even turned off the ability for the girls to get pay-for-tv just in case they activated it and we were surprised by the charges.
The hotel was in a very busy location and my husband could hear the road noise even though we were 7 floors up. The staff were very helpful as I had requested that the rooms be adjoining since we had two children with us and the hotel upgraded our room to a suite to put us closer to the girls. The dinner was good but it took a bit longer than I would have expected for the food to come out.

Had a really really nice stay for business trip. The restaurant was fantastic for breakfast, we ordered very pleasant dishes. The bedroom was nice sized and had a fairly clean guest bathroom.

The reception team were friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and convenient for the city centre.
Found the mattress and pillow not to my liking i.e. the mattress was too soft and the pillow gave little neck support.

Overall the location was OK and the room was nicely laid out.
The staff wasn't to the standard that I expected. She was very scripted and rude. Also, the TV was a joke as the reception was poor.

The bed was very comfortable and they had a wide offer on the breakfast buffet. I was very happy with the hotel, I'll always book at the Ramada Hotel every time I'm in Coventry. Best value for money.

The hotel had a MARVELLOUS location near Elim Pentecostal Church. We visited pubs and the movies near the property.

The hotel decor was fine, and I appreciated the cozy bed and great views from the upper floors. The smooth car parking process really stood out too.

The hotel was easy to get to. The room and bed were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was of a very high quality, it's not often that hotel breakfasts are worth the money but this one was.
The room had not been vacuumed before I arrived. The room was too hot when I arrived and the air conditioning was set to be 'centrally controlled' so I couldn't change it.
